IS THE HOTEL CLOSED AT ANY TIME OF THE YEAR?

The Hôtel Mont-Blanc welcomes you every year in the center of Megève for the winter season, from December through March. Les Fermes de Marie is also open in the fall.

WHAT INFORMATION WILL I BE ASKED FOR WHEN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

When you book your stay at the Hôtel Mont-Blanc, we will ask for the following information: first and last name, mailing address, email address, cell phone number, and the first and last names of the other guests. A credit card will also be required to pay the deposit, if applicable.

WHAT GUARANTEES DO YOU REQUIRE FOR A BOOKING?

To confirm your reservation at the Hôtel Mont-Blanc, a deposit of 50% or 100% of the total amount will be required, depending on the rate you choose. The balance for your stay is due 14 or 30 days before your arrival (depending on the time of year). The deposit can be paid by credit card (3D Secure payment) or bank transfer.

UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

If you wish to cancel your reservation at the Hôtel Mont-Blanc:

• For a flexible rate, any cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival will be refunded in full. For a cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit already paid will be retained.
• In the event of a same-day cancellation, the deposit will be retained and the remaining 50% will be charged.

HOW MUCH IS THE TOURIST TAX?

The tourist tax at the Hôtel Mont-Blanc is €2.60 per day per adult.

Located in the heart of Megève, the Hôtel Mont-Blanc does not have private parking, but a valet service is available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Once you have dropped off your luggage at the hotel, the valet will park your car for €30 per day.

The Hôtel Mont-Blanc is located in the center of Megève. Directions:

• From Sallanches or Combloux: continue on the RN 212 toward Albertville. At the first roundabout at the entrance to Megève, go straight through to the second roundabout, then take the third exit toward the post office. After about 200 meters, turn left to enter the pedestrian zone.
• From Albertville or Praz-sur-Arly: At the entrance to Megève, at the first roundabout, take the second right toward the town center; continue to the second roundabout, then take the first right toward the post office. After about 200 meters, turn left to enter the pedestrian zone.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Upon arrival at the Hôtel Mont-Blanc, check-in begins at 4 p.m. If you arrive before 4 p.m., we invite you to relax in our tea room, Le George. After your journey, enjoy a moment of rest by the fireplace, comfortably settled in one of the lounge chairs. Upon departure, check-out is by noon at the latest. If this time is not observed, you will be charged for an additional night.

IS A LATE CHECK-OUT POSSIBLE?

Late check-out may be available, subject to availability. Before you leave, ask at the front desk if this option is available.

In addition, our staff are trained to welcome and assist guests with disabilities.

Discover the Hôtel Mont-Blanc's Spa Pure Altitude mountain spa in the center of Megève. The wellness area is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. For treatments, we accept reservations from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. However, non-guests can access the Spa Pure Altitude facilities by booking a Day Spa package, which includes a treatment and access to the wellness area.

DO I NEED TO BOOK A MASSAGE?

We strongly recommend booking your treatment at the Spa Pure Altitude in advance, especially during school breaks, to ensure you get your preferred time slot.

The Hôtel Mont-Blanc does not have an on-site hair salon. However, Les Fermes de Marie, which is also part of the Maisons & Hôtels Sibuet group, has a Leonor Greyl hair salon in Megève. To book an appointment, please contact the Hôtel Mont-Blanc reception desk.
