Flexible Rates for Winter 2026/2027

Deposit*: 50% of the total cost of the stay is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation and changes*: free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations made between 14 days and 1 day before arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged. For cancellations made on the scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.

Special conditions for the end-of-year holidays (from December 19, 2026, to January 2, 2027):

Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the stay is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation: Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of your stay will apply.

Prepaid Rates

A deposit* equal to 100% of the total cost of the stay is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation* In the event of a cancellation, the entire prepaid amount will be retained.

Changes to Your Stay: In the event of a change to your arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the original stay will be charged as compensation, without further formalities.

*Please note that reservations for 5 or more rooms are subject to different terms and conditions.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Breakfast: €35 per person per day, €18 for children under 12, included in the room rate.

Surcharges applicable starting with the third person in a room, per night:

- Room and breakfast: adults and children over 12: €95 / children ages 3 to 12: €78

Baby amenities: free (crib, baby bath, bath thermometer, changing pad, night light, bottle warmer); food not included.

Tourist tax: €2.60 per day per person over the age of 18

Parking: €30 per day - valet service from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

VAT: Our rates include 10% VAT. They are based on the taxes currently in effect and may vary depending on the taxes applicable at the time of your stay.

Check-in: The room is available starting at 4 p.m.

Check-out: The room must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. For any check-out after that time, a penalty equal to one night's rate will be charged.

Non-smoking rooms: Please note that all rooms at our property are non-smoking. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a charge to cover the cost of cleaning the room.

Pets: €30 per day, food not included.

Pets are allowed on the premises under the following conditions:

• Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas and must never be left unattended.
• Guests are fully responsible for their pets during their stay, particularly for any damage, noise, or disturbance caused to other guests or staff. In the event of noise disturbances, guests must take all necessary measures to remedy the situation, such as using a pet-sitting service.
• Any damage, soiling, or wear and tear caused by an animal will be charged separately, including the cost of repairs or special cleaning, if necessary.
• For health and safety reasons, housekeeping staff are not permitted to clean the room while the pet is present. Guests must ensure that the pet is either absent or under control when housekeeping staff enter the room.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse or terminate the pet's stay in the event of failure to comply with these rules, without any right to a refund.

For payment of the deposit (50% or 100%, depending on the rate selected) by credit card, the charge will be processed at the time of purchase—that is, upon confirmation—via a secure payment link. Please also note that we do not accept checks for any payments.

Pure Altitude Spa

‍Your arrival at the spa:We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment time to fully enjoy your experience. Please note that arriving late will not result in an extension of your treatment.

Relaxation and Unplugging:The Pure Altitude Spa is a sanctuary dedicated to relaxation. Please turn off your cell phones to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests.

Health Conditions: For your safety, please inform us of any health issues (heart problems, phlebitis, arthritis, ulcers, cancer currently being treated, etc.), allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment. Please also let us know if you are pregnant.

Pregnancy: For safety reasons, we do not perform massages on women during the first trimester of pregnancy. Specific programs tailored to the needs of expectant mothers are available. Please ask for advice at the spa reception desk.

Personal Belongings: Baskets for your jewelry are available in every suite. However, we recommend that you remove all personal items before your visit. Please note that the hotel assumes no responsibility for items lost or left in the closets.

‍Wellness Area: Our wellness area is reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are prohibited in our facilities.

‍Cancellation Policy: Prepaid treatment; non-refundable. Can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the treatment time to a specific later date, subject to availability.
