And to accompany these prestigious flasks, the return of the "banc d'écailler" and a selection of oysters and seafood unique to Megève. This year, a menu of tasty nibbles direct from L'Épicerie des Fermes can be enjoyed at any time of day in the hotel lounges: smoked salmon heart, homemade foie gras and truffled Brillat-Savarin are just some of the snacks to be savoured.
