To accompany these sweets, you can indulge in the brand new menu of hot chocolates, the Viennese chocolate or the After Eight, or to keep with the theme, the Chocolat Blanc d'Ivoire, made from a precious Valrhona white chocolate with little sugar, with aromas of hot milk enhanced by light notes of vanilla. The more daring will choose hot chocolate with Chartreuse or Génépi. You can also take a tea time break with the incredible selection of rare teas from Mariage Frères or one of the signature teas from the Sibuet Houses such as "Monsieur Georges " made from Chinese Sencha green tea flavored with chocolate, vanilla and almonds.
