Flexible rates winter 2025

Deposit*: 50% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation*: free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, except for the period from 21/12/2024 to 04/01/2025 when the deadline is 30 days.

Cancellation on day of arrival or no-show: The full amount of the reserved stay will be charged.

Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.

Please note that reservations for 5 or more rooms are subject to different conditions.

*Special conditions for Christmas and New Year (from 21/12/2024 to 04/01/2025)

Deposit: Beyond the 50% requested at the time of confirmation, the balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation: The full amount of the stay is retained in case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival.

Prepaid rates

Deposit * 100% of the amount of the stay is to be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation * The full amount of the prepayment will be retained for any cancellation.

Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.

Please note that reservations for 5 or more rooms are subject to different conditions.

General terms and conditions of sale :

Breakfast (if not included in the room rate): 35€ per person per day, 18€ for children under 12 years old

Supplements applicable from the 3rd person in a room per night:

- Room and breakfast : Adult and child over 12: €95 / Child 3-12: €78

- Extra bed: €60 per day

Baby welcome: Offered

Pet: €30 per day excluding food

Tourist tax: €2 per day per person over 18, €2.60 as of 01.01.2025

Garage: €30 per day - valet parking from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

VAT: Our rates include a 10% VAT rate. These rates are based on taxes currently in force, and are subject to change depending on the taxes applicable at the time of your stay.

Arrival: The room is available from 4pm.

Departure: The room must be vacated by 12.00 noon at the latest. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure after this time.

Non-smoking rooms: Please note that all rooms in our establishment are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance, you will be charged for the cost of cleaning the room.

Pure Altitude Spa

‍Yourarrival at the Spa: We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your treatment to fully enjoy your experience. Please note that any delay to your appointment will not result in an extension of your treatment time.

Relaxationand disconnection :The Pure Altitude Spa is a sanctuary dedicated to relaxation. We kindly ask that you turn off your mobile phones to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests.

Health conditions: For your safety, please inform us of any health issues (heart problems, phlebitis, arthritis, ulcers, ongoing cancer treatments, etc.), allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment. If you are pregnant, please let us know as well.

Pregnancy For safety reasons, we do not massage pregnant women during the first trimester of pregnancy. Specific programs adapted to the needs of pregnant women are available. Please ask for advice at the Spa reception desk.

Personal Belongings : Each massage room is equipped with baskets for storing your jewelry. However, we recommend removing all personal belongings before your visit. Please note that the hotel declines all responsibility in case of loss or forgotten items in bathrobes.

‍Wellness area: Our wellness area is exclusively reserved for hotel guests. Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited within these spaces.

‍Cancellation policy Prepaid treatments are non-refundable. Modifications are allowed up to 24 hours before the treatment time for a rescheduled date, subject to availability.

* For payment of the deposit (50% or 100%, depending on the rate chosen) and in the case of payment by credit card, the latter will be debited at the time of purchase, i.e. at the time of confirmation, via a secure payment link.
